Background:

My boot camp was challenged with redesigning a government agency website.

The Problem:

Based on user research the current government website for the Department of Interior is difficult for users to navigate.

The Solution:

To reorganize and rename navigation bar links while updating overall aesthetic of site.

roomie Mobile App

Background:

My boot camp team was challenged with creating an application to provide a solution to an everyday problem.

The Problem:

Brainstorming as a group we narrowed in on the difficulties of living with roommates. New roommates often have trouble communicating and organizing tasks and chores among each other.

The Solution:

roomie is an app to assist roommates communicate and organize tasks, responsibilities, and communal resources

NPO Website Redesign

Background:

My boot camp team was challenged with redesigning a non-profit organization website. We chose the Second Chance Wildlife Rehabilitation of Colorado.

The Problem:

Potential contributors can be hesitant to donate when they cannot see how their donations are being utilized and the current security of website is unclear.

The Solution:

To update the non-profit website design to reassure potential contributors of overall website security and provide visibility to how donations are put to use.
